M. Elena Letona, Ph.D.
Dr. Letona is a native of El Salvador. She has close to 25 years of experience serving the nonprofit sector. Dr. Letona is an organizational development consultant, facilitator and trainer. Her areas of expertise include program evaluation, community organizing, leadership development and organizational development. Her skills include public speaking, training, teaching and facilitation. For 10 years, she directed Centro Presente, a member-driven, statewide organization dedicated to achieving the self-determination of the Central and Latin American immigrant community of Massachusetts. She serves on the boards of the Hyams Foundation, and Political Research Associates. She holds a Ph.D. in public policy.
Bob Mulcahy, Senior Technology Specialist
Bob Mulcahy is an experienced software consultant who has more than 30 years of direct hands-on experience in numerous positions in the computer and software industries and providing technical consulting services to the nonprofit sector. He has created, delivered, implemented and supported products and services that use a wide variety of technologies including cloud-based software, constituent relations management (CRM) software, databases, Windows, and Linux systems. He also has led numerous project management initiatives to deliver appropriate technology solutions to nonprofits and various organizations. This work includes analyzing the organizational needs; creating clear requirements suitable for the organization; selecting and/or creating tailored software and services; implementing and/or customizing those products and services to meet the unique requirements of the organization; documenting the new procedures and software; training staff; and providing on-going support. He has worked with nonprofit organizations to introduce donor management systems, constituent and member management systems, case management systems, and outcome measurement/program evaluation systems. He can translate complex technical ideas and concepts into accessible and understandable language for nonprofits of all sizes and with diverse needs. This along with his wide range of technical and managerial skills enable Bob to deliver appropriate and effective technical solutions for a wide range of problems and challenges faced by many nonprofits.

Dahnesh Medora, MA, Building Community Director, Meyer Memorial Trust
Dahnesh Medora has served as a consultant and trainer to community-based and social justice organizations for more than 17 years. He is specifically interested in the ways in which culture and organizational development connect and has expertise in areas of cross-cultural effectiveness, leadership development, and strategic planning. Dahnesh currently serves as the Building Community Portfolio Director for the Meyer Memorial Foundation. Prior to this position, he served as the Senior Advisory to the Social Innovation Fund: Corporation for National and Community Service. He also served as the Director of Programs/Senior Consultant for the Nonprofit Association of Oregon, a lead consultant with the National Community Development Institute in Oakland, CA. , and Director of External Relations at the Tides Foundation in San Francisco. He holds a Master’s Degree from Michigan State University.
